The county does not issue all construction permits
The Sandoval County Planning and Zoning Department says it does not issue building permits on county land. It first checks zoning and flood risk. If needed, a state CID permit comes after that check.

The 2024 Corrales plan describes a rural farm village. The village says it does not enforce private rules, easements or water rights. A kitchen job may stay inside. A new hood exit, added room, trench or site access can raise those other questions.

A company serving Albuquerque or Rio Rancho may not accept every Corrales, Placitas or county address. Location on a directory or map is not a service commitment.
