Specify cabinet value in the box, not the adjective
Record how each cabinet box, frame, door and drawer is made. List the finish, runners, hinges and inner surface. Add the source of any product cover. Then list useful extras. These may include tray slots, pullouts, bin units, corner parts or appliance panels.

Verify the room before release
