Information you provide
The Tally project form collects name, email, optional phone, location, optional street address, project scope, current conditions, desired result, possible system changes, optional budget, timing and additional details. Do not submit sensitive financial or identity information.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond, identify jurisdiction, assess the enquiry, operate and secure the site, keep records and offer a relevant introduction to a separate service provider. An introduction shares project information only as reasonably needed for that provider to evaluate the enquiry.
Information is not sold for unrelated third-party marketing. A mobile number is not shared for third-party marketing and no SMS marketing consent is collected by the current form.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and may process technical request data for security and performance. Tally hosts the enquiry form and processes submitted fields. Email systems deliver form notifications. These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy practices.
If Google Analytics 4 is later activated, this page will be updated to name it and describe the active measurement flow. The launch configuration does not contain a GA4 measurement ID.
Separate referred providers
A referred provider is an independent business. If you choose to communicate or contract with it, its own privacy and record practices apply. Ask it directly about those practices.
Retention and security
Information is retained as reasonably needed for response, referral, operations, legal obligations and dispute prevention. No internet system can promise absolute security. Access is limited to operational needs.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information submitted through the form, subject to legal or operational retention needs. Use the contact page and provide enough detail to identify the submission.
Children
The site and referral form are intended for adults planning property work and are not directed to children.
Policy changes
This page may change when analytics, phone, messaging, form routing or providers change. The effective date will be updated.
