Information you provide
The Tally form asks for your name, email and location. Phone and street address are optional. It also asks about the job, room, timing and possible budget. Do not send bank, card or ID details.
How information is used
We may use the details to reply and find the right permit area. We also use them to run and protect the site. We may offer a referral to a separate company. We share only the project facts that company needs to review the enquiry.
We do not sell the details for unrelated marketing. We do not share a phone number for third-party marketing. The current form does not ask for text-message marketing consent.
Service companies
Cloudflare hosts the site. It may handle basic request data for speed and safety. Tally hosts the form and handles its fields. Email tools send form alerts. Each service has its own terms and privacy rules.
Google Analytics 4 measures page views and site interaction under measurement ID G-0PMPDPM7WL. The site may record count-only events for quote-link clicks, form views, form starts, fallback-link use and a successful Tally submission. The completion event is named generate_lead. Form answers and contact details are not intentionally sent as analytics event parameters. Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the site configuration. Google may process device, browser, referrer and approximate-location data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Separate referred companies
A referred company is a separate business. Its own privacy and record rules apply if you contact or hire it. Ask that company about its rules.
Retention and security
We keep details only as long as needed to reply, refer and run the site. We may also keep them for legal needs or disputes. No online system can promise full safety. Access is limited to work needs.
Your choices
You may ask to see, fix or delete form details. Some legal or work records may still need to be kept. Use the contact page or email [email protected]. Give enough detail to find the form entry.
Children
The site and form are for adults who plan property work. They are not for children.
